Exhibitor codes are also redeemed in the ticket shop. You can purchase additional exhibitor pass codes or trade visitor tickets as admission vouchers in the BECO web shop.

Here are some hints on important deadlines and details regarding booth construction to help you prepare for your participation:

• Stand construction and equipment should be booked early, as some items or services may no longer be available after a certain point.
• Graphic files for graphic requests should be sent to the relevant project manager at least six weeks before the trade fair begins.
• Late surcharge of 20% will be added to all orders relating to stand construction from four weeks before the start of the trade fair.

You want to host an event during ITB Berlin 2026? Here are your options:

• Events at your booth: Make sure to register your event in the BECO web shop until 31 January to make sure it's listed in the database.
• Book your own event room: Includes technology, equipment and catering. Reserve your room by January 15, 2026, to secure the regular rate. Starting January 16, 2026, a 25% late booking surcharge will apply. Get all information at: itb-roombooking@messe-berlin.de
