With ITB Berlin 2026, the invoicing process for exhibitors has been updated. The following procedure applies to your participation:
Before ITB Berlin: you received the admission invoice covering stand rental, AUMA fee, and Communication Package.
After ITB Berlin: final invoices for additionally booked services – e.g., co-exhibitor packages, early setup, double-deck stands, or other extra services – will be issued within 8 weeks.
- No additional services booked? No further invoice will be issued.
- Services ordered via the web shop are invoiced separately and will be reminded in case of late payment.
