Bookable meeting tables for meetings or for work

Secure your meeting table at one of our Business Satellites at ITB Berlin 2024

Reserve a meeting table on one of our business satellites in advance - first come first serve. Depending on your needs, you have the opportunity to hold talks and make contacts or relax and prepare for your appointments.

Important access information:

A maximum of 6 appointment slots of 60 minutes each can be booked per company.
The table reservation is only valid for ITB Berlin 2024 ticket owners.
The meeting tables are available during the official opening hours (10:00 am - 18:00 pm).
Invite up to 3 more people to your appointment at the meeting table on the Business Satellite.
At all locations you will also find QR codes for booking on site - subject to availability.

Business Satellite: Hall 18

Package bookings:

Choose between two packages for your meeting:

Standard package: Book an available table at an early stage at a freely selectable slot in the right location and invite up to 3 people to your one-hour meeting.

Price: 75.00 EUR incl.VAT

Book an add-on to the standard package in the online store. For 14.00 EUR incl.VAT, you will receive a soft or hot drink of your choice for you and your max. 3 meeting participants. For additional drinks orders, we offer you a selected range of catering directly at the Business Satellite.
