ITB eTravel Stage is the think-tank for technology-driven innovation and digital transformation in tourism and hospitality.

The think-tank for technology-driven innovation and digital transformation in tourism and hospitality. How to master transformation with technology? How to manage the structural changes in the tourism industry due to digitalization? What are leading best practices? Travel tech experts share their views on the latest trends and developments in travel technology adoption and practical use cases in various engaging formats.

eTravel Track – Hotel Technology Track

How can hotels and hospitality operators master digital transformation successfully and benefit from technology? Relevant technology trends and developments, inspiring best practices, and engaging panels - That’s what the ITB Berlin Hospitality Technology Forum offers. Hear and learn from thought leaders and hospitality tech experts. What to look out for? What are the use cases? Connect with fellow hospitality professionals and ask your questions.

eTravel Track – Digital Destination Track

The Digital Destination Track is the new innovation platform in German-speaking tourism (and in German only). We use open data as a basis and show innovations where the knowledge graph cannot stop: for example in smart guest management, bookable services and decentralized networks. To connect the destinations with the future.

eTRAVEL TRACK – TTA FORUM

In 2024, see the return of the highly anticipated Technology Tours and Activities Forum (TTA) track at the ITB Berlin convention.

These presentations will be backed by recent research insights, shedding light on customer booking patterns, preferred destinations and activities, and strategies to address what still needs resolving in this vertical.

The TTA Forum is set to feature compelling case studies presented by industry experts, emphasizing the pivotal role of partnerships in success, whether in finding the right technology solutions or destination partners. Our goal is to foster an interactive forum, complete with live Q&A sessions, engaging speakers, and insightful moderators.

Attendees can explore the landscape of Tours and Activities, discovering where and how technology is making a significant impact and how the sector is adapting to the evolving and changing behaviours of today's travellers.

The theme for next year's ITB Berlin convention is ""Pioneer the Transition in Travel & Tourism. Together,"" and Tours and Activities as a segment of travel is doing exactly that. Working together, striving for better and more sustainable travel options.
