Exclusivity meets business: Applications open for the ITB Buyers Circle
ITB Berlin 2026 is offering senior buyers access to an exclusive network – featuring insights, trends and exclusive privileges at the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show.
Every year ITB Berlin, which will take place from 3 to 5 March as a B2B-only trade show and in 2026 is celebrating its sixtieth anniversary, selects 1,300 senior buyers, who as members of an exclusive network enjoy special advantages. The aim is to bring together leading decision-makers from leisure, business travel, MICE and travel technology to initiate new partnerships, facilitate business deals and experience industry innovations.
Taking as its slogan ’Exclusivity for your business’, the ITB Buyers Circle stands for quality, trust and international diversity. It brings together an extraordinary mix of leading international buyers: around 35% are from Germany and 65% from around the world. They come from over 20 countries, including the UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, China, Sweden and the USA. ITB Buyers Circle members are selected according to strict criteria that reflect both the range of products and services offered by exhibitors and the strategic diversity of the markets. The result is a community which every year serves as a catalyst for trends, cooperation and investment in the global tourism industry.
China is sponsoring the ITB Buyers Circle in 2026 for the second year in a row
Members of the ITB Buyers Circle have exclusive access to the ITB Buyers Circle Lounge at the Palais am Funkturm, a secluded area for holding personal conversations, spontaneous meetings or undertaking productive work. In addition to modern workspaces, wi-fi and refreshments, members can also take advantage of early access to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds and a fast lane for easy and quick entry to ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention.
In 2026 the ITB Berlin Convention is taking place under the forward-looking slogan ’Leading tourism into balance’. Attendees can look forward to inspiring discussions with visionary minds, bold theories and practical solutions for global tourism.
In addition to fascinating presentations and debates, the industry's leading think tank also offers ITB Buyers Circle members access to the latest reports, studies, white papers and market insights, which provide valuable guidance for strategic decisions and bring upcoming travel industry developments into focus.
“In addition to the ITB Buyers Circle, each year ITB Berlin attracts many other high-profile buyers from all areas of the tourism industry. Even if not all of them belong to the ITB Buyers Circle, they are all important decision-makers who make use of the trade show specifically for purchasing decisions and business discussions. It underscores ITB Berlin’s role as the main platform for international dialogue, innovation and doing business,” said Gianna Nemitz, Senior Product Manager, ITB Berlin, and responsible for the ITB Buyers Circle.
