1. Download the App: Get the ITB Berlin App from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.
2. Sign in with your ticket email: Use the email address from your ticket registration - your ticket will automatically appear in the app and your profile will sync.
3. Sync your profile: Your data and settings from the ITB Navigator are imported automatically, so you can use networking, favorites, and other features seamlessly on the go.
4. Explore the ITB App: Discover exhibitors, navigate with the interactive hall plan, save your program highlights, and connect directly with other attendees.

Our Tips:
✓ Create favorites: Build your personal favorites list directly in the app or log in with your ITB Navigator profile. Your favorites, contacts, and appointments are automatically synced.
✓ Quick networking: The ITB Berlin App generates a QR code from your personal networking profile that other attendees can scan on-site. Alternatively, your badge can be scanned. Profiles are linked automatically—find all contacts under “Contacts” and export them as a CSV file. Give it a try!
✓ New for exhibitors: With Team Lead Scan, capture visitor badges easily via the app and collect all your team’s contacts in real time in one place. Perfect for larger teams: all leads are automatically consolidated and can be exported as a single file. Team Lead Scan is available as an add-on in the Advertising Shop and ready to use immediately.
