To help you prepare, we have compiled all the key information on set-up and dismantling, access and delivery, important deadlines, as well as highlights covering communication, networking and innovation – all in one place.

Provided that the Technical Guidelines are followed in the design and construction your booth, drawings of single-story stand constructions in the halls need not be submitted for review and approval.

Documents for stand constructions requiring approval (e.g. two- and multi-story stand constructions or stages) must be submitted in full and in digital form, to messetechnik@messe-berlin.de
by 15 January.
Please observe the General Terms and Conditions of Participation of Messe Berlin, particularly §11.1.
Register your exhibitor events and room booking in the BECO web shop by 31 January. Many other deadlines for stand construction and services such as security, catering, or parking expire at the beginning of february.

Setup: 24 Feb - 2 March 7 am – 10 pm (Night-time construction work is not permitted. On 2 March, only decorative stand construction is allowed, starting from 10 am)
Dismantling: 6 - 9 March 7 am – 10 pm
Important note for dismantling on 5 March 2026: From 6 pm: Preparations for dismantling may begin, from 7 pm: Official dismantling allowed, from 8 pm: Vehicle access to the exhibition grounds permitted
Acess requirements:
Our Traffic Guide provides all important information for exhibitors, stand constructors, and suppliers regarding vehicle access before, during, and after ITB Berlin.

Acess during setup and dismantling is only possible after reservation of a loading zone Visifair from next week. Additional setup/dismantling and exhibitor passes can be purchased in the BECO web shop.
Parking permits:
Parking permits are valid only during the trade fair period, March 3 – 5, 2026, and not during setup or dismantling.
Customs officers carry out independent inspections on the exhibition grounds, particularly in connection with serving and employment licenses. To support a smooth customs clearance of your goods at the exhibition grounds please refer to the information in our FAQs.

The ITB Späti brings the city’s unique vibe to the ITB Berlin show floor.
The Destination Pitches are aimed at anyone who represents a destination. They are ideal for presenting your destination to a target group that may not yet be aware of it – away from the destination stands on the exhibition grounds.

For around 20 minutes, the small stage steps are yours for a mini-impulse session, including an open “ask-me-anything” session.
Your innovation deserves attention: whether it's cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking concepts or creative solutions – with the ITB Innovators, we are looking for inspiring products, innovations or services that will move the travel industry forward.

The ITB Global Travel Collection is the new official publication for ITB Berlin exploring the innovations, challenges, and opportunities shaping global travel today.
Why participate with your content? Your brand will reach government leaders, top buyers and key decision-makers of the industry. The publication, printed at ITB Berlin and distributed digitally worldwide.
How to add the public transport ticket to your order?
Simply click on “View order” in the confirmation email of your exhibitor pass. You will then be taken to the ITB Berlin ticket shop where you can add the transport ticket under “Change your order”.
A 2013 directive allows visa offices to waive the requirement for an invitation letter when applying for a trade fair visa. Please refer to this directive during your visa application. If an embassy still insists on an invitation letter, contact our international representatives.
