Across the industry, the travel sector suffers from data silos: information on customers, destinations and suppliers is stored separately, valuable knowledge remains unused and processes are largely manual. The Trip Boutique addresses this structural challenge by bringing together relevant data sources in a central knowledge base and making them operationally usable.

AI as a unifying intelligence layer

At its core, the platform functions as a higher-level AI layer between existing systems. It analyses travel data, customer interests and travel intent, and automates complex tasks such as itinerary creation, offer generation, follow-ups and reactivation campaigns.
