The Berlin Exhibition Grounds are excellently connected to the public transportation network and easy to reach. For travel by public transport from BER Berlin Brandenburg Airport, you will need an ABC ticket. We recommend downloading the BVG Ticket App to book your public transport ticket quickly and easily. 🗸 Set up appointments at ITB Match & Meet
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use the networking function for your trade show success. You can find all the answers to your questions in more detail on the How to website.
Step 1: Access Match & Meet
With your ITB Berlin ticket you’ve received an individual deep link to the ITB Match & Meet function by e-mail. Your basic information from the ticket registration is automatically transferred to your profile.
Step 2: Set up your profile
Complete your profile in the ITB Match & Meet tool by selecting your personal areas of business and interests. The more precisely your profile is maintained, the more accurate your personal matching suggestions with other participants will be.
Step 3: Start the matchmaking
A smart matching scale identifies attendees with matching interests. Important to know: ITB Match & Meet refers to people, NOT exhibiting company brands. Once you’ve found a potential business partner, send a contact request.
Step 4: Arrange appointments
It’s a match?! Once the other person has approved your contact request, you can use the chat function to exchange information or request an appointment for ITB Berlin 2025 using the online calendar function.

The ITB Buyers Circle Lounge is located in one of the most historically unique spots on the exhibition grounds: Palais am Funkturm, right next to Entrance North / Hall 19. You can find the exact location on the site map.
Your exclusive services
As an ITB Buyers Circle member, you can store your coat free of charge at the entrances—simply present your membership confirmation.
Your space for networking & relaxation
Make use of the open networking area for spontaneous short meetings with your business partners. Table reservations for this area can be made on-site. Coffee will also be available for purchase.
