ITB Berlin offers modern, multi-purpose event spaces with comprehensive technical equipment. You can choose from a variety of room sizes and locations, such as hub27 or CityCube Berlin. Our rooms are ideal for:
- Press conferences

- Networking events, training sessions, or receptions
Technology, Equipment & Services
For your event, we provide not only the space but also a comprehensive service package: from state-of-the-art conference technology and furniture to customized seating arrangements and tailored catering options provided by our partner, Capital Catering.

Scheduling & Flexibility

The standard rental period for our event spaces is 4 hours – including setup and takedown time. Full-day or multi-day bookings are possible. Hourly billing, however, is not available. You are free to use the space for a shorter duration within your booked time slot.
For very short meetings or spontaneous conversations, we recommend booking a table at one of our Business Satellites instead. These offer a flexible and cost-effective solution in a professional setting.
