Details on access requirements for exhibitors, stand constructors and suppliers before, during and after ITB Berlin: get acquainted with the ITB Traffic Guide!

Important: Access to the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling is only possible after registration and reservation of a loading zone via Visifair from
13 January.
Also, make sure to check the validity of the parking tickets you have booked. These are only valid for the exhibition period 4 - 6 March 2025, not during set-up and dismantling times.
Provided that the Technical Guidelines are followed in the design and construction your booth, drawings of single-story stand constructions in the halls need not be submitted for review and approval.
Documents for stand constructions requiring approval (e.g. two- and multi-story stand constructions or stages) must be submitted in full and in digital form, to messetechnik@messe-berlin.de
by 15 January.

Please observe the General Terms and Conditions of Participation of Messe Berlin, particularly §11.1.
When planning your stand construction, please keep in mind that no night constructions are permitted and that only decorative stand construction is permitted from 10 am on the last day of construction (3 March).

We kindly ask all main exhibitors to review their entries in the exhibitor portal and remove any duplicate or incorrect registrations.
Take this opportunity to optimize your profile and ensure that all co-exhibitors are listed correctly and in time!
Use the ITB Match & Meet platform to network and schedule meetings with targeted business contacts even before the trade show – immediately available and free of charge after successful exhibitor ticket registration.
Note: When purchasing multiple tickets, please enter the individual business mail for each ticket so that a personal ITB Match & Meet profile is available for each individual ticket holder.

Step 1: Access to Match & Meet
Within your ITB Berlin ticket you will receive an e-mail with a deep link to your personal profile on ITB Match & Meet.
Step 2: Create your profile
Complete your profile at ITB Match & Meet. The more detailed your profile is, the more accurate your personal matching suggestions with other participants will be.
Step 3: Matchmaking
Using a matching scale, you can see at a glance which participant has the most matching interests with your details.
Step 4: Make an appointment
Get in touch via contact request, send appointment requests or chat.
Efficient preparation and follow-up: Export your contacts to your personal Outlook calendar and download your matched contacts as a bundled Excel list after your trade show participation.

You want to host an event during ITB Berlin 2025? Here are your options:
Book your own event room: Includes technology, equipment and catering. Get all information at:itb-roombooking@messe-berlin.de
Use the Presentation Hub: a 45-minute slot in Hall 5.3 is all yours and will be streamed live in the ITB Navigator. Invite up to 100 press representatives or VIP clients
Events at your booth: Make sure to register your event in the BECO web shop until 31 January to make sure it's listed in the database

You want to join? Then secure your Early Bird Ticket until 14 January.

A 2013 directive allows visa offices to waive the requirement for an invitation letter when applying for a trade fair visa. Please refer to this directive during your visa application.
If an embassy still insists on an invitation letter, contact our international representatives. If there is no representation in your region, please reach out to your ITB Berlin contact person.
The eTravel stage at the ITB Berlin Convention 2025 will provide detailed information on current tech trends and digital innovations in tourism.
