Booth cleaning or security, additional Wi-Fi at the booth, catering, events at your trade fair booth – in the BECO web shop, you will find everything for the successful organization of your trade fair appearance. The BECO web shop is now available.
Please note that important deadlines apply to certain orders to ensure timely delivery.
Advantages, important functions and processes for you at a glance:
ITB Navigator
Event platform: Provides detailed information on events.
Filter options: Optimized search for exhibitors, the congress and event programme.
Favorites function: Favorites can be saved under “My favorites”.
Interactive site plan: The interactive site map of ITB Berlin will be available from January.
Livestreams: Selected congress sessions will be available as livestreams during the trade fair.
No login required: All information and functions are accessible without registration.
ITB Match & Meet
Matching function: Available from November, facilitates the efficient search for business contacts.
Filter and search functions: Enables participants to find specific matching contacts.
Matching suggestions: Suggestions are based on users' profile details and interests.
Visitor groups: Specific groups such as journalists, speakers or ITB Buyers Circle members can be found quickly using filters.
Calendar function: Simplifies appointment planning.
Direct exchange: Participants can communicate directly with each other via chat.
As part of the Communication Package, which is included in your stand registration, you as an exhibitor can maintain your company profile on the ITB Navigator.
NEW: The ITB Navigator is accessible to all participants without login.
Maintenance link dispatch: All exhibitors with a confirmed stand offer in the ITB Exhibitor Portal will receive an individual maintenance link promptly.
Access for main and co-exhibitors: Both main and co-exhibitors will receive a maintenance link. It will be sent to the e-mail address of the contact person.
Exhibitor list: Your company profile will be displayed in the exhibitor list on itb.com.
Automatic data transfer: The data in both lists is transferred automatically in real time after the company profile has been entered.

3 steps to your personal ITB Match & Meet participant profile. Maintenance is possible from mid-November.
Step 1:
All main exhibitors will receive free exhibitor codes by e-mail from mid-November, according to the stand space booked.
Step 2:
Redeem the codes in the ITB Berlin Ticketshop so that employees can maintain their profiles in ITB Match & Meet. Co-exhibitors do not receive free exhibitor pass codes. Distribute your exhibitor codes to grant access to all employees.
Step 3:
Use your business email for the profile to receive notifications of appointment requests directly in your inbox.
More specific suggestions
Employees should be represented with their own profile. The better the profile is maintained, the more accurate the suggestions will be. It is worth checking regularly, as trade visitors and buyers create their profiles successively after purchasing tickets.
Additional exhibitor codes
Purchase additional exhibitor pass codes or trade visitor tickets as admission vouchers in the BECO web shop.
