The time has come! ITB Berlin 2025 is just around the corner, and we are excited to welcome you to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds tomorrow.
The official press conference kicks off today at 10 am – you can follow it live and on demand in the ITB Navigator.
Important notice for those attending the official Opening Ceremony at 6 pm (hosted by Albania, the official Host Country 2025): Please make sure to redeem your ticket code in advance and bring your ticket in either electronic or printed form – entry will only be granted with a valid ticket. An exhibitor pass does not grant access to the Opening Ceremony.
This newsletter also contains essential information about your arrival, entrance points, and vehicle access to the exhibition grounds.

The redemption of exhibitor codes is only possible online via: itb.com/tickets.

New: Public Transport Ticket for Berlin! Easily add a discounted public transport ticket to your exhibitor ticket for convenient travel in Berlin.
You've already booked your ticket? No problem! Simply go to "View Order" in your confirmation email to add your public transport ticket at any time.

The exhibition centre is easily accessible from BER airport. You can find all information here.
Reserving a time slot for access to the security control with BER Runway is free of charge. Please simply take your boarding pass to boarding pass control 4 in Terminal 1, from where you can reach any departure gate:
With BER Biometrics, you can also use various services contactlessly via facial recognition.

We recommend using public transport, taxis, or Uber for your journey to ITB Berlin 2025, as parking at and around the exhibition grounds is limited. Easily complement your exhibitor ticket with a discounted public transport ticket for Berlin in the ticket shop.

If you still plan to arrive by car, please use the following parking options (The ICC parking garage is currently not available):
- Public parking: P1, P2, P4–P6, P9–P11, P13a
- Paid parking: P14, P18, ICC parking garage (€20/day)
- Parking permits for the exhibition grounds can be booked in the BECO web shop (limited availability).

Vehicle access to the exhibition grounds

Access by vehicle to the exhibition grounds for set-up and dismantling is only possible with registration and booking of a loading zone via VisiFair!
Dismantling
In the interest of our visitors, we would like to remind you that dismantling activities must not begin before 6 March at 7 pm. Vehicle access will be permitted from 8 pm onwards. Messe Berlin service providers will start preparations at 6 pm. From 6 pm, you may begin preparing your stand dismantling on-site.

To ensure a smooth trade show experience, the Exhibitor Service Center is available throughout the entire event - from setup to dismantling - with practical support.
Here, you can place last-minute orders for electricity, water, or internet and make stand rental payments. MB Capital Services also supports you with booking complete stands and renting furniture, IT, audio, and video equipment.
