The ITB Navigator is live – the central networking and matchmaking platform for ITB Berlin.
Getting started:
Log in using the same personal email address you used when purchasing your ticket. Once logged in, you can immediately start connecting with other participants and schedule meetings.

Make sure to register your co-exhibitors in the Exhibitor portal. Once registered, your co-exhibitors will automatically receive an email with a link to update their exhibitor profile.
Please note:
- When registering, please include the email address and name of a contact person of the co-exhibitor. Late registrations may result in limited implementation of the Communication Package.
- Please review and remove any incorrect or duplicate registrations to avoid any additional costs.
When planning your deliveries, please take into account the current traffic situation at the Funkturm motorway junction. Due to construction work, the route for heavy goods vehicles coming from the A115 has been changed. As a result, increased traffic volumes are to be expected.

Please allow additional travel time and consider this when booking loading zones for access to the exhibition grounds.
We recommend checking the website of the VIZ. There you will find a daily updated overview of the current traffic situation in Berlin, including information on roadworks, closures, and disruptions.
Parking:
Please note that the P12 truck park (Avus Nordkurve) is no longer available due to construction work. Alternative parking areas fpr trucks can be found at the Parforceheide service Station (A115) as well as on Heerstraße or in the Spandau industrial Park
Events can be held daily from 10 am - 6 pm with prior registration through the BECO web shop. Evening events between 6 pm - 10 pm are only allowed after approval. Please register your event by January 31 to be listed in the event database!

Additionally, please note the guidelines regarding the use of music at trade fairs and exhibitions (GEMA) and the distribution of alcohol.
The ITB Späti brings the city’s unique vibe to the ITB Berlin show floor.
The Destination Pitches are aimed at anyone who represents a destination. They are ideal for presenting your destination to a target group that may not yet be aware of it – away from the destination stands on the exhibition grounds.

For around 20 minutes, the small stage steps are yours for a mini-impulse session, including an open “ask-me-anything” session.
Your innovation deserves attention: whether it's cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking concepts or creative solutions – with the ITB Innovators, we are looking for inspiring products, innovations or services that will move the travel industry forward.

As part of our 60th anniversary, ITB Berlin 2026 will present a newly designed Opening Gala as a seated gala dinner with exclusive networking opportunities on the eve of ITB Berlin (2 March).
Together with Angola, our Official Host Country 2026, the evening is planned as an invitation-only gala, bringing together a distinguished circle of top executives from the international travel industry. Guests can expect an inspiring show, fine dining and high-level networking in an exclusive setting.
Personal invitations will be sent out in early February.

The ITB Global Travel Collection is the new official publication for ITB Berlin exploring innovations, challenges, and opportunities shaping global travel today.
