We have plenty of practical tips in store to help you get even more out of your ITB Berlin experience: start matching and networking now via the ITB Navigator, secure your public transport ticket, explore free guided tours, use the interactive hall plan to plan your visit and gain valuable insights from the ITB Berlin Convention and Transition Lab program.

Have you updated your ITB Navigator profile yet? It's easy:
1. Open the ITB Navigator and click Login in the top right corner.
2. Enter the personal email address used to purchase your ticket.
3. Enter the confirmation code you received by email.

4. Go to Settings (top right) > Edit profile and complete your profile.
Our tip: a complete profile improves the quality of your matchmaking recommendations.
Would you like further support? We invite you to take part in a platform introduction with a question and answer session. Register for the webinar on 17 February from 2 to 3 pm or on 18 February from 2 to 3 pm (german time).
Your ITB Berlin ticket is already booked – now simply add your public transport ticket: Open your ticket confirmation email, click “View order”, go to the ITB Berlin ticket shop and select “Modify order” to add the appropriate travel pass.
The validity corresponds to your trade visitor ticket: day tickets are valid for the respective day, and season tickets for the entire duration of the event.

The interactive hall plan is now available and helps you plan your visit efficiently. Explore all halls, exhibition areas and stands, stages, catering zones and many more highlights – clearly arranged and accessible at any time.
Plan your personal routes in advance and arrive at ITB Berlin fully prepared.

Experience ITB Berlin from a new perspective – free of charge: You can now book your complimentary Guided Tour for ITB Berlin.
Within just 1.5 to 2 hours, our ITB Guided Tours take you to key industry trends and selected exhibitors. Choose from six tours, meet experts, gain exclusive insights and get inspired.

The ITB Berlin App is now available free of charge from Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Simply log in with the email address provided for their ticket purchase.
Access your personal appointment calendar, contacts stored in the ITB Navigator, your ITB Berlin and public transport ticket, exhibitor and product directory, an interactive map of the exhibition grounds and the event and convention program and more!

The ITB Berlin Convention will highlight key topics in the tourism industry from 3 - 5 March on the Blue Stage in Hall 7.1b. The tracks discuss trends in the tour operator and distribution market, look at airlines and cruise operators, and discuss challenges in hotel and destination management.

In compact, interactive sessions, you will receive a solid introduction to Key Performance Indicators, learn how to work with metrics and work hands-on with KPIs by analyzing data using AI.
A unique format for decision-makers and practitioners who want to further develop their organization through well-founded decisions.

A 2013 directive allows visa offices to waive the requirement for an invitation letter when applying for a trade fair visa. Please refer to this directive when applying for a visa.
