Security, flower arrangements, stand personnell, electricity or WIFI... The Berlin ExpoCenter online (BECO) webshop is your ordering platform for all the products and services you will need for your trade show participation: www.itb.com/webshop.
It's a fact: Exhibitors who offer visitors something tasty keep them longer at the stand. As an example: you can offer gastronomic specialties of your region. Please note: You are not allowed to sell food or beverages.

Panel discussions, presentations and shows attract press and visitors. Stand parties can strengthen your image in a multidimensional way and create opportunities for informal meetings.
Please note that your event must be registered (via the webshop) by 28 February 2023. Music and folklore performances at ITB Berlin are only permitted during evening events (from 6 pm onwards) and only if they do not disturb neighboring stands or block public aisles. We kindly ask you to coordinate amplified speeches during the trade show with your booth neighbors and the trade show management and to keep them at a moderate volume. Please also note that there are fees for events which take place between 6 pm until 10 pm (outside of official trade fair operating hours) e.g. for security personal (mandatory) and other services, such as: barriers, sanitation personnel, cloakroom, (emergency) medical services, etc.

You can find Business Centers at different points on the exhibition grounds. They are useful facilities offering photocopying, printing, laminating and more. You can also buy cables and adapters, make businesscards and much more.
We would be pleased to give you a custom-made service offer for keeping your stand clean and secure. Our cleaning companies offer reliable, professional cleaning and waste management services, both before the trade show starts as well as for the evenings when the trade show is taking place. You can also book stand security cover to keep your stand and exhibition merchandise under surveillance day and night, as well as during the construction and disassembly times. In any case, we definitely recommend that you insure your valuable exhibition materials.

- Company profile
As a registered and confirmed exhibitor for ITB Berlin, you will receive a maintenance link to the e-mail address you provided in your stand registration, starting mid-November 2022. This way you can easily adjust your exhibitor entry without a ticket until the end of the Communication Package period. Booking upgrades & additional advertising is also possible on ITBxplore.
- Personal profile
After completing your ticketshop registration, you will find a link to the ITBxplore platform in your ticket confirmation. There, you can customize your user profile, complete it and get connected to your company‘s profile. Log in with the e-mail-address that you used to register in the ticket shop.
- The exhibitor name will be automatically derived from your ITBxplore profile.
- Upgrades & additional advertising is available throughoutthe year.
Redeem the codes for your exhibitor passes (free or additionally ordered from BECO) at www.itb.com/tickets.
Enter your e-mail address and personalize your exhibitor pass. Name changes are possible until 24h before the official start of the event. Print out your exhibitor pass.

YOUR PRESS CONFERENCE AT ITB BERLIN (digital and hybrid)
If you would like to present truly newsworthy information, you should announce it at a press conference at ITB Berlin. At your request, we can enter your press conference in the event database free of charge. As capacities are limited, we recommend that you book the room for your press conference at the same time you register your stand.

As part of an upgrade to your ITBxplore digital company profile, you will have the opportunity to provide media representatives with your latest news and press releases, which you can upload to your company brand card as exhibitor news.

TIPS FOR YOUR EXHIBITOR NEWS
- Include a short profile of your company
- The exhibitor news should feature the latest information, background material, photos, all of the texts from the press conference, and, if applicable, the latest press releases.
- Do not include any advertising material.
- Around 1,100 foreign journalists will be attending ITB Berlin. Therefore, you should also provide English press releases.
If you designate a PR contact for your company, it‘s easier for journalists and bloggers to contact you directly. This way, they know who to direct their questions and/or interview requests to. When setting up your company profile on ITBxplore, your PR contact should go to the user profile and click PR contact when selecting the job title or use the description text.
We are happy to support your PR work by publishing ITB Newsroom articles about your products or services. You can find the ITB Newsroom online here: www.itb.com/newsroom. This page is especially for journalists and online communicators – it’s used a great deal by key influencers. Texts of up to 1,500 characters as well as printable photos in landscape format can be published in the ITB Newsroom.
