Media Services at ITB Berlin 2024
From 5 to 7 March, 2024, the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show is looking forward to welcoming thousands of journalists and bloggers from across the globe again. To ensure the perfect working conditions for journalists, ITB Berlin provides extensive media services, ranging from online accreditation and custom-tailored media material to the state-of-the-art media center with journalist workstations in Hall 6.3.
You can apply for accreditation online starting today. New accreditation tool simplifies press badge application process. Please mind our accreditation guidelines. After successful registration and verification, you will receive the accreditation and your badge with your personal QR code for admission by e-mail as a PDF file attachment. Please show your QR code at the entrance. Your ticket is not transferable.
Accreditation during the Trade Show
Media representatives can apply for accreditation online during the entire duration of ITB Berlin 2024.
Please note: the media counters at ITB Berlin will not be offering onsite- accreditation opportunities for media representatives. Make sure to apply for your accreditation online in advance.
Press badges for ITB Berlin 2024 are valid from 4 to 7 March 2024, from 08:30 a.m. until the end of the fair at 6 p.m. and entitle the holder to free access to ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention. They also grant access to the opening press conference on 4 March. The badges are non-transferable and only valid in conjunction with an ID card. Some exhibitors provide additional services to visitors and media representatives in dedicated areas. These may require a separate registration with the respective exhibitor.

You will find all current media events for ITB Berlin here. Exciting press conferences and presentations by our exhibitors are also expected again on the Hybrid Stage in Hall 5.3. The dates will be updated continuously from mid-January.
Media Center at ITB Berlin
The central contact point for journalists at ITB Berlin is the Media Center. ITB Berlin offers you the best possible working conditions and a broad range of information services and materials. The nearest entrances for access to the Media Center are the main South Entrance and the CityCube.
The state-of-the-art Media Center in Hall 6.3 is open daily from 4 to 7 March 2024, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. This is where you can find:
• The ITB Berlin Press Team,
• The media materials from the organizers,
• Around 200 journalist workstations,
• A lounge area with a dedicated press bar,
• Current information and event times and dates,
• Free Wi-Fi and workstations with LAN connections,
• Editorial offices.
Please note: due to security precautions, there will be no lockers available at the ITB Berlin Media Center.

ITBxplore - Digital Companion Platform
The physical ITB Berlin experience is enhanced by the app- and web-based platform ITBxplore.
Here’s what you can do via ITBxplore online:
• Explore exhibitors and products – by topic or hall,
• Make appointments with exhibitors and trade visitors via the platform, and request additional information,
• Discover the extensive program of events, including the sessions of the ITB Berlin Convention, and make reservations,
• Access official photos and video footage,
• Follow selected sessions per live stream.

Vehicle Entry Permits
Entry permits will be issued for vehicles of radio and television stations that are necessary for reporting purposes upon request and subject to availability.

About ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention
ITB Berlin 2024 will take place from Tuesday, 5 to Thursday, 7 March. Since 1966, ITB Berlin has been the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show. As in previous years, the internationally acclaimed ITB Berlin Convention will take place parallel with the show as a live event on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. At ITB Berlin 2023 around 5,500 exhibitors from 161 countries displayed their products and services to over 90,000 visitors. In 2023, under the heading ’Mastering Transformation’, the ITB Berlin Convention took place as a live event with a total of 24,000 attendees who took part in 200 sessions with 400 leading speakers.
