Are you looking for a private room for short, and confidential meetings in a smaller circle? Then our new hourly room rental offer, the Meeting Cube, is exactly what you are looking for!

The equipment of the rooms on third floor of CityCube Berlin leaves nothing to be desired:

• Block seating for max. 14 persons
• 55" monitor to show presentations
• Water dispenser and a coffee machine

All at a price of only 295 € incl. VAT (per slot).

It's that as simple as that: Get to the Meeting Cube at the booked time, hold your meeting and continue your visit at ITB Berlin after just 1 hour.

Important notes:

• The rooms of our Meeting Cube are located on the ITB Berlin exhibition grounds, which means that each person needs a valid ITB Berlin ticket. Please note the different admission times of the tickets.
• In total, a maximum of 2 slots with a length of 60 minutes each may be booked per company.
• Due to hourly use, additional catering options, remodeling or additional technical equipment are not available.
• This offer is only bookable by (co-)exhibitors of ITB Berlin 2024.
  We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you are not a (co-)exhibitor of ITB Berlin 2024.
• The Payment is made directly by booking.
