Just in time for ITB, MARA is growing from a popular AI copy & paste tool into a full-blown review management solution. The focus is on AI-supported response suggestions to guest reviews, which can save several days of working time each month.

Response quality

Unlike ChatGPT or other GPT-based services, MARA automatically adapts to the tone of voice of the hotel and recognises the specifics of each property. In contrast to other solutions, this enables responses that hardly need to be edited.

Review Inbox

Review platforms can now also be connected directly to MARA in order to have all reviews in one central location. Copy & paste is now a thing of the past.

Practical analyses

Existing analysis solutions require a lot of work to identify the underlying problems. MARA recognises specific points of criticism and names them (e.g. six guests found the scrambled eggs dry).
