Register your stand events in the BECO web shop by 31 January.
Many other deadlines for stand construction and services such as security, catering, or parking expire on 6 February. Order on time to avoid additional costs!

Book your entry slot early via visifair-bookings.messe-berlin.de to secure your preferred time for stand setup and dismantling.
Important: Without a booked slot, you will not have access to the exhibition grounds during setup and dismantling.
The registration of co-exhibitors is still possible in the exhibitor portal. After successful validation, co-exhibitors will receive a link to manage their company profile in the ITB Navigator.

Important: We kindly ask all exhibitors to check the co-exhibitor registrations in the exhibitor portal and delete any duplicate or incorrect entries to avoid unnecessary costs.

In cooperation with A3M Global Monitoring and Diversity Tourism, we are conducting a new LGBTQ+ tourism survey on the risks for LGBTQ+ travelers. Your personal experiences will help further develop the A3M LGBTQ+ Risk Map. Share your insights on destinations worldwide!
Don’t like waiting around lunchtime? Simply order your lunch bags now for you and your colleagues for pick-up from 4 to 6 March 2025! The choice is yours: bowls, wraps or sandwiches - also vegetarian and vegan!
How to order your lunch bags:
1. Select "March 2025" in the calendar and click on "ITB Berlin 2025."
2. Enter your hall/stand number and the desired delivery period.
3. Click on "Continue to product range" and choose lunch bags.
4. Add the desired quantity to your cart.
Lunch bags can be picked up on the selected day between 11 am and 2 pm in Hall 8.2 upon presentation of the invoice.

The ITB Berlin Convention 2025 analyzes current challenges in tourism and presents sustainable solutions for a travel world in transition.
Event forums with numerous presentations and discussion forums such as the Destination Track, the Hospitality Tech Track, the Marketing & Distribution Track and the Tour Operator & Travel Sales Track will look at the major issues facing the industry. Over the course of three days, experts from all over the world will provide an opportunity to focus on challenges, exchange ideas and develop new concepts.
Every 3 months, together with Ostfalia University, we invite you to participate in a survey to capture global travel trends, developments, and challenges.
Start our first survey focussing on tourism marketing now:
Answering the survey will take you approx. 5 - 7 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and your data will be analysed only anonymously. The results will be presented in analytical articles and podcasts on itb.com/360 and at the ITB Berlin Convention 2025.
