Prepare for ITB Berlin 2025 with ease! We've compiled all the deadlines and exhibitor information for you. Here are three key dates to keep in mind:
15 December 2024: Deadline to register co-exhibitors in the Exhibitor Portal.
15 January 2025: Submit stand construction details for double-decker booths for official approval.
6 February 2025: Last chance to order stand construction and equipment via the BECO web shop
With the Early Bird offer, you can secure discounted tickets up to and including 14 January 2025.
Exhibitor codes are also redeemed in the ticket shop. You can purchase additional exhibitor pass codes or trade visitor tickets as admission vouchers in the BECO web shop.
The ITB Match & Meet platform is now available, after your successful ticket registration, allowing you to connect with valuable business contacts, schedule meetings in advance, and make the most of your time at ITB Berlin 2025.
Create your personal profile, discover suitable contacts and schedule your meetings directly through the new platform. Access is available to both exhibitors and trade visitors – get started now!
